A quiet residential street on the west side of Wigan.

The Brick Community Stadium, home of Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors, is under a mile away, next to the Robin Park retail area. The Royal Albert Edward Infirmary is around five minutes by car, as is the town centre with its shops, pubs and restaurants.

By car: one free space on the private drive, plus on-street parking. The M6 is roughly 10 minutes' drive away.

By train: Wigan North Western and Wigan Wallgate stations sit side by side, about a mile from the house. North Western is on the West Coast Main Line with direct trains to London and Glasgow, and Wallgate serves Manchester and Southport.

Online guest verification: for security and compliance, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form and upload valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) before arrival.

Security deposit: to protect the home, guests can choose between a £250 refundable security deposit or a £39 non-refundable damage waiver during check-in.

Extended stays (10+ nights): stays of more than 10 nights include a required mid-stay clean and linen change for a small fee.

Check-in and check-out: check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in can be arranged for £20, and late check-out for £20 per hour up to 12:00, both subject to availability and confirmed in advance.
